Right now, we’re shipping within New Zealand Flat Rate $6.50 Nationwide!

If you're living somewhere else and you're keen to try Glow & Glory, just get in touch with us and we’ll sort out shipping for you!

All of our orders are packed with care and sent straight from our HQ in Auckland, NZ.

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
For New Zealand, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and delivered (rural addresses, please allow an extra 2-3 days).

Once your order’s on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking info - be sure to check your junk folder if you haven’t heard from us or your courier yet!

Just a quick heads-up: Make sure the shipping address you’ve provided is one where your parcel will be safe to leave. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible if a parcel is left somewhere insecure based on your delivery instructions, or if it goes missing after being marked as delivered to the correct address. If your tracking says it's been delivered but you can’t find it, reach out to the courier provider (their details will be in the email we sent) — they’re the best ones to help you track it down!
